Description
If you have a small space to fill, then this small textured acrylic painting of birch trees in monochrome tones with luminous gold leaf might just fit the bill.
I live in an area where I am surrounded by these magnificent trees, in fact our local pub was called The Silver Birch back in the day, seeing these trees always brings back happy memories for me.
As well as bringing back happy memories, these trees are incredibly symbolic, often denoting renewal, purificatin and new beginnings, amongst many other things.
They are truly magnificent trees and it is always a pleasure to paint them.
This piece is on 6mm plywood and is unframed.
