Description
This small square monotype shows an underwater scene. It portrays an aquatic environment with swirling water and tall, curved seaweed framing the composition. Two tuna fish swim towards the right. The background of layered blues and greens with soft textures gives a calm impression.
Printed using blues and greens, the fish are made from small cut-outs of drypoint, whilst the background is painted directly on the plate.
It is presented in a wide, white mount, ready for the buyer to frame.
