Description
a new work from my polo series. A 50cm x 60cm oil on canvas in a white float frame.
The painting has a textured, layered look with heavy impasto with a mix of abstraction and realism.
The main focus is on the polo pony, showing an energy, power, weight and movement, with the rider only being there in part, still showing amazing control over the animal but this not being the main purpose of the image.
