Description
An outsize common chicory and a daisy face the viewer. Bullrushes partially obscure or shield our view from a large house with a troubled angular roof. The roof's anguished shape is reflected in the mountain range at the side and is, in turn, reflected in a lake.
Above the mountain range is a horse that has escaped from a carousel and jumps over a cloud. A figure has been thrown from the house and is in a fetal position. Above the building is an object which could be mistaken for the sun but is an upside-down birthday cake dripping wax onto the building. To the left in the sky is a whirlpool sucking the sky and everything down.
