Description
Vintage toys fly in all directions against a dark indigo background. A motionless besuited man faces the viewer against a pale blue background with a heavy chiaroscuro dividing the picture into two. The man's head is encased in a coiled biomass, while
an anthropomorphic bee flies across his head, giving the viewer a wary glance.
The comic-shaped lapel flower is made up of veins, as if offering an insight to the man's inner self, as his face, which is the central organ of senses, is hidden. The veins of the ornamental lapel flower are echoed in the flowers floating, by his head. Like the works of Odilon Redon, the intention is to inspire and place us 'in the
ambiguous realm of the undetermined.'
