As Russia invaded Ukraine on the 24th February 2022, I sought to express the human spirit confronting overwhelming odds, positivity conquering pain and intelligent minds sensitively finding a resolution. When this work was complete, I realised it could be used to help innocent souls fleeing bombs, hence all money raised, after costs, will be given to the Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

The intense, overlaid colours and the splayed shapes are designed to arouse a deep emotional realisation that within, we each have the power to face whatever life might throw at us. It is a meditation on sensing our best qualities.

Museum quality giclee print of intense inks on sumptuous Hahnemulhe paper made in one of Europe's oldest mills, with artist's signature and chop mark, edition number and certificate of authenticity, will be flat packed rather than rolled and posted to your chosen address.
