Description
A cloud in a dark blue sky hovers above blank-faced buildings. The buildings are surrounded by rows of up-side-down icicles as if a range of mountains.
The lower half of the work, lit by artificial lighting, reveals twisted foliage and the shadow of a snarling dog, perhaps portent of a calamitous event.
